Orchid Herbals runs its manufacturing plant at Sambalpur University Campus, Sambalpur, Odisha. The machineries are designed to meet & exceed all governmental norms. Its ISO 9001:2015 certified plant manufacture Flavoured Green Teas, Herbal Medicated Teas, Instant Teas. The plant is approved for the manufacturing of Herbal Powders, Tablets, Capsules, Ointments, Creams, Oils, etc.

Orchid Herbals quality formulations are in accordance with the stringent requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) that are incorporated right from the production stage. A team of highly skilled staff constantly monitors all production procedures. The company’s confidence in the quality of its products are based on its strict control over the manufacturing processes for every stage.

Orchid Herbals R&D (Research & Development) Facility is in collaboration with the State of Art Centre of Excellence Facility of Sambalpur University which is equipped with sophisticated instruments for the product development and analysis of the developed products. A specialized team of 26 research scholars that spearheads research in the development of market-specific products. In addition, our development team possesses substantial experience and expertise in Product development. Our key focus areas are Herbal medicated Teas targeting different life style diseases.
